I'm feeling a lil' bit hungry....

Greetings,

Here is a more or less current cookie themed Ogre army that is about 98% painted/ finished. It also includes some recent photos of 'Something hungry this way comes....' or my Skrag scratch-build. He's still not finished and I have to put the Muppetlars (I have decided upon that as a name for the Muppet-Gnoblar hybrids) upon him. I'm thinking of doing a Beaker and Bunsen heads for them. Beaker will be a fun one to do, Bunsen will take more effort.
I've also managed to finish the musicians, more or less, for the Leadbelchers. I now have Gonzo the Great (wearing the helmet and blue), a baby Animal (kinda) and either a relation of Kermit, since Kermit is already hiding on a base.

Hope you guys like them.

FOLLOW THE COOKIE!!!

Greetings,

This post has been a long time in coming, and I apologise for that. Here is some more work on the Cookiehorn and 'Something Hungry This Way Comes...'

Cookiehorn

I've not done much to this model to be honest. I have drybrushed the cookie horns with Dark Flesh (GW) so it fits with the other cookies in my Ogre force. I also added a Baal Red (GW) wash over the flesh coloured bits so it looks like freshly caused damage to the Cookiehorn's flanks. I went over the shields with Badab Black (GW) to give them a bit more definition. I will be adding a brass or bronze to the raised patterns to give it a bit more colour.
I smellz cookiez on you! WHERE IZ DA COOKIEZ???!!!???

WHERE IZ DA COOKIEZ? Over here? Nope...

Over here? Grrr.....

...cookie...? sniff

Something Hungry This Way Comes....

Something Hungry This Way Comes. This guy has been so much fun to do and to annoying at the same time. He is enormous. I mean he towers over the plastic Ogres and he is bigger than the recent character models.
His right arm has been done over the past day. It does have the lack of definition that Cookie Monster has, but I will be poking around with the GS a little bit later when the Green Stuff has hardened a bit more.
The Gnoblar on his head is waving a cookie in his field of vision goading him towards the enemy. He also stops the big ol' monster turning round and tucking into the big stash of cookies behind him.
The Gnoblar on the bowl is going to have a cask of milk pouring it on the cookies.

 COOKIE COOKIE COOKIE COOKIE!!!!!
WAAAHHHH!!! WHY YOU NO GIVE ME COOKIE?
I thought that there were more cookies in here....
WAAAHHHH!!! WHY YOU NO GIVE ME COOKIE?

Enjoy. I hope that I will be able to put more posts up in a more regular fashion in the future.

Blood Bowl

Greetings,

Here are some photos of the Blood Bowl teams that are either finished or being built.

Dark Elf Team

These are made with a mix of the Wych and the Warrior boxes from the new Dark Eldar Range. They are a bit of a pain to put together, but they look decent enough.

Maxed out there are 2 Assassins (mirror masks), 2 Runners (green hair), 2 Witch Elves (pink hair), 4 Blitzers (fully armoured with enclosed helmets) and 5 Line Elves (blue hair and bald). Although to start off with the specialists will be Line Elves.

Lizardmen Team

The Lizardman Team has been up and running for ages. It only received it's final addition upon my return to Korea with the Kroxigor.

There are 6 Saurus, 12 Skinks and now a Kroxigor. Enough for a variation of the basic set-up and a few options for the team getting bigger and more advanced.

Khemri Team

The Khemri team was another team that I threw together quickly. There is a mess of Skeletons and the maximum numbers of each specials. I really like the four Mummies or Tomb Guardians (they have had their names altered with the new BB editions). The blue and red makes them stand out a lot more.

Ogre Team

The Ogres are my favourite team to play with. They are one of the hardest to play with but I have so much fun annoying the hell out of the other coaches when they lose team member after team member to Ogres tapping their players on their heads. Unfortunately they also get hamstrung with Bonehead a lot, but I have fun with them none-the-less.

I hope you guys like them. I will see about putting up a post about the Cygnar that I have recently been given to show you how they look.

Chat anon.
